• ASE A1 Engine Repair Certification (Preferred)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be juggling several roles to keep the front office running like a well-oiled machine:

• Client Experience: Greet every customer with a smile, manage check-ins/outs, and handle the “Walk-Around” vehicle inspections.

• Sales & Growth: Follow up with customers (callbacks), close sales, and help develop new business.

• Vehicle Tech: Perform basic vehicle code scans (we’ll train you!) and manage our loaner vehicle fleet.

• The “Vibe”: Keep the coffee, snacks, and front area looking sharp and welcoming.

• Admin Powerhouse: Manage the appointments, handle inventory control, and ensure documentation is perfect.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual Skills (A MUST): You must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to serve our diverse community.

• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with computers and ready to master Tekmetric.

• Service-Hearted: 1 year of customer service experience required (Automotive, Medical, or High-end Retail experience is a huge plus!).

• Organized: You can multitask in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat.

• Professional: Valid Driver’s License and a clean, professional appearance.

The Role

You will be the bridge between our master techs and our loyal customers. Your goal is to make every customer feel confident, informed, and welcome.

• Consult with mechanics to translate complex repairs into simple options for customers.

• Manage the sales process using Tekmetric (Experience with ShopFix Academy is a huge plus!).

• Provide “In-depth” information on OEM vs. Aftermarket options.

• Own the relationship: from the first “Hello” to the final follow-up call.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 1+ years in an automotive repair facility (Required).

• Communication: You can talk shop with a tech and value with a customer.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Tekmetric.

• Ambition: You understand KPIs (ARO, GPH, ELR) and want to crush your goals.

• Professionalism: Clean, neat, well-groomed, and a positive “team-first” attitude.

• The Basics: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
